PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio device that can realize a DFS function taking the prevention of interference with radar into consideration in an ad-hoc mode in a multi-hop environment.

SOLUTION: A radio device having a DFS function carrying out the prevention of interference with radar includes means for notifying radio devices located around the radio device of a channel list indicating channels to be switched when radar is detected.
