A method of treating a patient infected with HCV comprises administering VX-222 and VX-950 to the patient, wherein VX-222 is in an amount of about 20 mg to about 400 mg, and wherein VX-950 is in an amount of about 100 mg to about 1,500 mg. A method of treating a patient infected with HCV comprises administering a therapeutically effective amount of VX-222, wherein VX-222 is administered at an amount of about 20 mg to about 2,000 mg once a day.
