The head (2) has a measuring line, and a control line for connecting the head with an electronic measuring device (3) i.e. oscilloscope, where the head receives information for a state of the measuring device from the device with respect to measurement. A light display (4) displays the state of the measuring device and consists of a light source (7) with a different light mode, which is replaced during change of the state to the light mode. Lights of the light source display the state of the measuring device, where the light mode of the source is color representation and/or light rhythm. The light source is formed as a red green blue-light mode. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a system for measuring electric signals (2) a method for displaying a state of an electronic measuring device with respect to measurement at a probe head.
