<p>PURPOSE: A display screen control method and an image display device thereof are provided to easily change a motion of a display screen of the image display device by the movement of a user eye. CONSTITUTION: A camera module(120) photographs an eye of a user. A distance measurement unit(130) calculates a distance between the eye and the camera module from the photographed image. If the calculated distance is shorter than a critical distance, a control unit(140) generates a control signal for moving a display screen according to a movement direction of the eye. A display unit(150) displays the moved display screen according to the control signal.
