PURPOSE: A wig fixing device and a method thereof are provided to effectively fix a wig and to prevent an adhesive from touching the scalp of a user. CONSTITUTION: A wig fixing device comprises a band member(10) having a predetermined width, pin members(20) which are arranged on the surface of the band member and separate the band member from scalp, and a loop member(30) which is formed on the surface of the band member. The band member surrounds a depilated area. An adhesive is applied to the surface of the band member.
