<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoacoustic imaging system enabling an operator to more easily and correctly recognize the positional relation between a treatment tool and blood vessels in assisting surgical operation. <P>SOLUTION: The photoacoustic imaging system (10, M) includes: a surgical treatment tool M; a probe unit 70 having an electroacoustic conversion section 3 for converting an photoacoustic wave U into an electric signal; an image generating section 2 for generating a three-dimensional photoacoustic image P on the basis of the electric signal; information acquiring means (81, 82a, 82b, 83) for acquiring information representing the relative position and posture of the treatment tool M and the probe unit 70 in a space; an image processing means 61 for superimposing a treatment display MI representing the position and posture of the treatment tool M on the basis of the information representing the position and posture; a display section 6 for displaying the photoacoustic image P on which the treatment tool display MI is superimposed; and a control means 4 for controlling the means and section so that the photoacoustic image P having the treatment tool display MI superimposed can be displayed on the display section 6 in real time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
