<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat generation device which is excellent in heat dissipation. <P>SOLUTION: A heat generation device 1 includes: a base substrate 2; a heating unit 4 provided on the one surface side of the base substrate 2 and generating heat through energization; and a first radiator 5 provided on the one surface side of the base substrate 2 so as to seal the heating unit 4 and dissipating the heat generated from the heating unit 4.
