<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera control device allowing a user to intuitively know a focal length of a zoom lens of a camera. <P>SOLUTION: A receiving unit 101 receives image data of an image captured by a camera, zoom data which show a focal length of a zoom lens of the camera, and angle data which show an angle in a horizontal direction of a capturing direction of the camera. A storage unit 105 stores camera icon data, map data, and camera position data which show a position of the camera. A first combining unit 106 combines a first combined image in which a camera icon is combined at a camera position on a map. A second combining unit 106 combines a second combined image in which a captured image is combined with the first combined image, in a mode based on the angle data and the zoom data received by the receiving unit with reference to the camera icon.
