<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for producing a coating layer stripped wire, which has excellent sharpness against a resin coating layer and brings a beautiful section thereof by making a cut into the resin coating layer at a cutting speed appropriate for the thickness and material thereof and which has a long life cutting blade, and to provide a method for producing a coating layer stripped wire, which can produce a coating layer stripped wire and a device for producing the same at low cost. <P>SOLUTION: A method for producing coating layer stripped wire of this invention, comprises the steps of: turning a disc cutter 31 and making a cut into a substantially semicircular part of a coating layer S of a wire W, having the coating layer S on the outer periphery of a core wire C, by turning the coating layer S of the wire W nearly a half turn; and making a cut into the whole circumference of the coating layer S by making a cut into the remaining substantially semicircular part of the coating layer S by another disc cutter 32. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
