<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved process for incorporating modified pigments into polymer compositions. <P>SOLUTION: A method of preparing a polymer composition containing at least one polymer and at least one modified pigment involves introducing at least one slurry containing at least one modified pigment into an aqueous polymer solution to form a mixture, wherein, at this stage, the aqueous polymer solution has not been dewatered, and then dewatering the mixture to form the polymer composition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
