<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user interface device allowing a user to easily point a desired position in a screen with a finger of a hand holding an apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The user interface device has a display for displaying images and a touch panel that successively outputs the touch position of a finger as time passes. The user interface device further includes: screen pad control means that causes the screen to display a screen pad for displaying the entire of the displayed image in a reduced size; touch determination means that determines whether the finger has touched the screen pad; pointer display means that, when determined as touch, displays a pointer representing the position corresponding to the position touched by the finger on the screen; and operation control means that causes an action to be made by the finger in touch with the position represented by the pointer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
