<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress generation of a defect such as a doctor blade streak or coating unevenness on a coating surface when a conductive resin layer is transferred and coated on a surface of a charge collector by a gravure method. <P>SOLUTION: A gravure coating device A is a device used for a manufacturing method of a charge collector for batteries or capacitors. A doctor blade 3 made of a non-metal material scratches a conductive paint 12b adhered to a part other than the inside of a cell 11a on the surface of a gravure plate cylinder 1 (for example, a projection part 11b provided between a cell 11a and a cell 11a). A long metal foil S is supplied to the gravure plate cylinder 1, and a conductive paint 12a including conductive particles made of non-metal and held in the cell 11a of the gravure plate cylinder 1 is transferred and coated on the metal foil S.
