<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasound diagnostic apparatus allowing acquisition of a three-dimensional elasticity image reflected with difference in internal elasticity about an observation target. <P>SOLUTION: This ultrasound diagnostic apparatus includes: a physical quantity calculation part calculating a physical quantity related to the elasticity of a biological tissue based on an echo signal obtained by performing transmission/reception of an ultrasound to a subject; and a three-dimensional elasticity image data creation part creating three-dimensional elasticity image data by volume rendering processing of projecting data related to the physical quantity in a three-dimensional region of the subject to a prescribed view line direction to obtain data PD1, PD2, PD3, etc. of respective pixels on a projected plane P. The three-dimensional elasticity image data creation part obtains data corresponding to the number of pieces of the data related to the physical quantity in a prescribed range of the elasticity in the view line direction as the data PD1, PD2, PD3, etc. of the respective pixels. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
