<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nuclear reactor building dismantling system capable of speedily dismantling a nuclear reactor building while preventing radioactive matter from scattering out and reducing exposure of operators. <P>SOLUTION: A nuclear reactor building dismantling system 1 dismantles a nuclear reactor building 11 which stores a nuclear reactor 10 in which nuclear fuel reacts. The nuclear reactor building dismantling system 1 includes a protection building 20 which covers the nuclear reactor building 11, an access gantry 30 provided inside the protection building 20, and a ceiling travel type dismantling machine 26 and a conveyance crane 27 provided on a ceiling surface of the protection building 20.
