PURPOSE: A solar cell module is provided to improve carrier collection efficiency on a substrate by reducing the width of a finger line doping layer to maximize the number of finger line doping layers arranged on the substrate. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of n-type finger line doping layers(421) and a plurality of p-type finger line doping layers(422) are arranged on the rear of a substrate. A dielectric layer is laminated on the substrate including the plurality of n-type finger line doping layers and the plurality of p-type finger line doping layers. An n-type finger line electrode(441) is electrically connected to the n-type finger line doping layer. A p-type finger line electrode(442) is electrically connected to the p-type finger line doping layer. An insulation mask(450) is formed on a first end and a second end of the p-type finger line electrode. |
