PURPOSE: A network video server and a video control method thereof are provided to output clear and smooth frames in a full and divided screen mode by supplying desired resolution and performance suitable for a real monitoring condition. CONSTITUTION: Video transmitting ports(22) receive streaming data sets. A decoding unit(24) decodes first and second streaming data fragments and outputs a video data frame. An output port(25) is connected to the decoding unit and outputs the video data frame. A UI(User Interface)(26) receives an operation command and transmits the operation command to a processor(21) for controlling a network video server.
