PURPOSE: A device for preventing fire by detecting oil discharge of a fryer is provided to prevent damages due to fire caused by overheated oil remained in an oil container by detecting the oil is not remained inside the oil container and stopping the operation because a temperature change is sensed without a separate device. CONSTITUTION: A device for preventing fire by detecting oil discharge of a fryer comprises next steps. A current temperature of oil and a temperature of the oil set by a user are compared in the state of processing combustion in a burner unit. If the current temperature of the oil is over the set temperature, a change of the current temperature of the oil in an oil container is calculated for a set time(S1). Whether or not the calculated change of the current temperature of the oil is over a first oil discharge decision temperature is decided. If the calculated change is not over the first oil discharge decision temperature, return to a step deciding whether or not the current temperature of the oil is over the temperature set by the user(S3). If the calculated change is over the first oil discharge decision temperature, an oil discharge is decided. The operation of devices related to the combustion is stops(S5). |
