PURPOSE: A kit and a method for diagnosing dermatitis is provided to rapidly diagnose dyskeratosis and screen an agent of differentiation of keratinocytes. CONSTITUTION: A kit for diagnosing keratosis contains one or more polynucleotide, polynucleotide containign 10 or more nucleotide, its complementary polynucleotide, and solid support on which the polynucleotide is conjugated on the surface. The degree of keratosis is diagnosed by measuring the amount of transcript and comparing the amount of transcript of keratinocyte which is hybridized. |
