摘要 PURPOSE: A light biosensor using an optical fiber whereby a metallic nanowire is inserted, a manufacturing method thereof, and a method using the same for detecting bio substances are provided to generate surface plasmon resonance in the optical fiber by inserting a metallic nanowire inside the optical fiber and to detect the bio substances by filling inside a channel formed on the optical fiber. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a light biosensor is as follows. A first bar(30), a second bar(41), and glass bars(40) are arranged in a preset tube shaped object having a channel(42) inside. The second bar is arranged adjacent to the first bar, and the hole is arranged adjacent to the second bar. The first bar, the second bar, and the glass bars are filled inside a tube(50) and extended to the optical fiber.
