A SERVER-ORIENTED DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT GATE SYSTEM USING NETWORK-DRIVE USER INTERFACE

PURPOSE: A server type document management gate system based on a network drive is provided to supply an easy and quick access route to content while supporting collaborative work and the sharing of the content by combining an interface of the network drive with the strong version/right management mechanism of a document management server. CONSTITUTION: An expanding shell(31) is installed in a computer terminal to add a function to a shell of a program for exploring a file system of the computer terminal. A file sharing virtualization unit(61) sets a file sharing session and the computer terminal by a file sharing protocol and shares a document as a file in a local file system type. A document sharing connecting unit(62) receives information about the sharing of the document from a document management server to transmit the information to the expanding shell and receives a command related to the sharing of the document to transmit the command to the document management server.
