The invention relates to designs for facing panels and sheet and roll materials made from metals and bimetals with a textured surface, and may be used in articles intended for the facing of both outdoor and indoor surfaces of buildings. The article has relief elements on the surface thereof that are filled with a hardening substance. The substance contains a binding agent and particles of at least one substance with a hardness ranging from 20 to 1600 units on the absolute hardness scale. The particles of matter used in the substance have dimensions ranging from 0.003 to 2 mm.
