PURPOSE: An environment-friendly integral pallet cleaning and drying device having an air circulation and drying structure is provided to enhance the capabilities of washing and cleaning as the air pressure is increased by reducing an ascending gap for fixing a pallet to a fixing unit. CONSTITUTION: An environment-friendly integral pallet cleaning and drying device having an air circulation and drying structure comprises a pallet fixing unit(400) and an air spraying unit(700). A turning chuck of the pallet fixing unit is formed on the end portion of a second projecting and retracting bar and turned at right angles. Front and rear surfaces of a pallet are gripped by turning the turning chuck and inserting the second projecting and retracting bar. The air spraying unit includes a turbo fan, an air suction pipe, and an evaporator.
