<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a photoelectric conversion device module capable of easily being manufactured without bending an interconnector when manufacturing the photoelectric conversion device module. <P>SOLUTION: The photoelectric conversion device module 91 includes a plurality of photoelectric conversion devices 40 and interconnectors 53 for connecting between the photoelectric conversion devices, where a metal foil 48 used as a back electrode is formed on a rear face of the photoelectric conversion device, the metal foil has a protruding portion, and the interconnector contacts a light-receiving surface electrode formed on a receiving surface of one photoelectric conversion device and a light-receiving surface side of the protruding portion of the other photoelectric conversion device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
