<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceiling structure of a glass partition which mounts a glass panel in which a plurality of glass plates are fitted to a four-sided frame, on a baseboard supported at a proper height by an adjuster and stably connects the top of the glass panel with a ceiling. <P>SOLUTION: A prop metal fitting 20 for connecting the top of the glass panel 1 with a ceiling is interposed between them. The prop metal fitting 20 is accommodated in a ceiling rail, and fixing pieces 27, 27 provided on a base 21 are fixed to the ceiling with screws. An adjuster screw 23 screwed into a screw hole of the base 21 is extended downward. A head 24 at the lower end of the adjuster screw 23 is mounted with a disk 25.
