<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water treatment system capable of stably suppressing deposition of a calcium carbonate scale even when using hard water with deteriorated water quality, while suppressing deposition and fouling of a silica-based scale. <P>SOLUTION: A hard water softening device 3 includes: a cation exchanging resin bed; a valve unit switchable between a softening process for passing raw water by a downflow with respect to the cation exchanging resin bed, and a regeneration process for regenerating a whole part of the cation exchanging resin bed by generating a countercurrent flow of a regenerated liquid; and a regenerated liquid supply unit 4 for supplying the regenerated liquid amount with 1-6 eq/L-R of a regeneration level to a hardness leakage prevention region of the cation exchanging resin bed. A membrane separation device includes: an RO membrane module 8; a pressure pump 6; an inverter 7 for outputting a drive frequency corresponding to an input current value signal to the pressure pump 6; and a control part 10 calculating the drive frequency using a physical quantity of inside the system so that permeable water W5 becomes a target flow rate value, and outputting the current value signal corresponding to the driving frequency to the inverter 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
