<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loader and unloader by which the stop of loading and unloading generated when substrates are collected from the production line when cassettes are replaced in a color filter production line does not occur when the substrates are recovered from the production line, and a space of an installation area and facility costs can be reduced. <P>SOLUTION: The loader includes a loader body and a first conveyor buffer disposed at the downstream side where the loader body has the function of taking out glass substrates from a first cassette set on the loader body one by one, and a first conveyor buffer includes a first conveyor and a first buffer, and the first conveyor has the function of directly transporting the glass substrates taken out one by one to a first processing device installed at the downstream side, and the function of storing them into the first buffer, and the first conveyor transports the glass substrates contained in the first buffer to the first processing device installed at the downstream side when the first cassette is exchanged. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
