<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily paste a plurality of copied mathematical formula components. <P>SOLUTION: A scientific calculator displays an input mathematical formula and a color chart 31. When a user specifies any mathematical formula component in a mathematical formula and a display color in the color chart 31, the specified mathematical formula component and color are matched to be stored in a copy buffer by color. When the user specifies any color matched with a mathematical formula component and an input position from among display colors of the color chart 31, the mathematical formula component matched with a specified color by the copy buffer by color is input at a specified position.
