<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation device in which the deterioration of attachment accuracy of a bearing unit is suppressed regardless of thinness by suppressing the inclination of the bearing unit attached to a base of the rotation device. <P>SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a rotation device 1 including a rotor 6 on which a recording disk 8 should be placed, a base 4 having a bearing hole 4h centered on a rotating shaft of the rotor 6 and an annular wall part 4e centered on the bearing shaft, a bearing unit 12 for supporting the rotor 6 freely rotatably with respect to the base 4 and adhesively fixed to the bearing hole 4h, a core 40 having an annular part 40a and a salient pole 40b fixed to the annular wall part 4a, and a coil 42 wound around the silent pole 40b includes the steps for: inserting the bearing unit 12 into the bearing hole 4h of the base 4 and also interposing a hardening resin 54 over between the bearing unit 12 and the edge of the bearing hole 4h; and irradiating a plurality of irradiation areas separately located in a circumferential direction of an interposition area where the hardening resin 54 is interposed with a plurality of ultra-violet light beams. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
