<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for regenerating a detergent, which then is charged by elevated pressure in gas physical scrubbing for washing a raw gas containing hydrogen and carbon monoxide, namely the method for regenerating a detergent saturated with carbon dioxide and sulfur component, wherein nitrogen is not used as a stripping gas of carbon dioxide. <P>SOLUTION: This method is described as follows: the detergent saturated with carbon dioxide and sulfur component is pressure-discharged to 0.4-1.7 bar, preferably 1.0-1.3 bar, pressure; the carbon dioxide-rich gas containing sulfur component and liberated at the pressure discharge is compressed and introduced into a cleaning column; and the sulfur component is removed in the cleaning column from the carbon dioxide-rich gas by a detergent free from sulfur. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
