Disclosed is a local purging system. The local purging system for sealing and purging an interior of a pipe comprises: a pair of cylindrical bodies connected together; air bags arranged in the respective cylindrical bodies; camera units rotatably arranged in the respective cylindrical bodies so as to monitor a back bead in the pipe; a DC motor unit for rotating the camera units; and a control unit for providing the DC motor unit with driving signals. The control unit comprises: an input unit for generating analog signals as a result of an operation of a worker; a microprocessor for taking, as an input, the analog signals, and generating PWM signals; and a driver unit for taking, as an input, the PWM signals, and generating the driving signals to be provided to the DC motor unit. |
