The device has an internal combustion engine (1) comprising a crankshaft (2). A clutch unit (3) is arranged coaxial to the crankshaft, and a clutch mechanism (5) e.g. wet clutch, is accommodated in a clutch drum (4). An electromotor (6) comprises an inner stator (6a) and an outer rotor (6b) that is coaxially and rotatably coupled with the clutch drum. The outer rotor is arranged on a side of the clutch drum opposite to the internal combustion engine. The outer rotor is arranged in an intermediate region between the clutch drum and the internal combustion engine.
