PURPOSE: A calcium phosphate composition, a preparation method thereof, a device for manufacturing calcium phosphate scaffolds, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to embody uniform sponge coating. CONSTITUTION: A calcium phosphate composition comprises: calcium phosphate powder of 20-60 weight%; distilled water 30-70 weight% as a solvent; polyvinyl alcohol 1-10 weight% as a binder; a dispersing agent 0.1-2 weight% selected among polyacrylic ammonium salt, polycarboxylic acid ammonium salt, trimethoxy phosphate, trimethoxy phosphite, triethoxy phosphate, and triethoxy phosphite; a crack reducing agent 0.5-10 weight% selected among ethylene glycol, glycerine, formamide, and dimethylformamide; and a cellulose compound 0.2-5 weight%. |
