PURPOSE: A protection film with an integrated smooth surface is provided to form an identical smooth surface on a touch screen part and a printed layer part. CONSTITUTION: A protection film with an integrated smooth surface comprises: a base film(120), a functional coating layer(110), a printed layer(130), and an adhesive layer(140). The functional coating layer is formed at the upper portion of the base film. The printed layer is formed at the lower portion of the base film. The adhesive layer is formed of an adhesive composition. An empty space part(132) is surrounded with the printed layer at the lower portion of the base film.
