PURPOSE: A device for transceiving data in a wireless transceiving system, a method thereof, and an inverted F antenna applied to the same are provided to improve a property of a transceiving signal by transceiving data by removing a noise in a transceiving antenna. CONSTITUTION: A transmitting unit(100) includes an audio encoding processing unit(102), a wireless transmitting unit(104), and a power supply unit(106). The audio encoding processing unit converts an inputted analog audio signal into a digital audio signal to transmit the signal to the wireless transmitting unit. The wireless transmitting unit modulates the digital audio signal into an RF signal to transmit the signal to one or more receiving units(120). The receiving unit includes a wireless receiving unit(122), an audio decoding processing unit(124), an audio high power amplifying unit(126), and a power supply unit(128). The audio decoding processing unit converts the digital audio signal provided from the wireless receiving unit into the analog audio signal.
