PURPOSE:To improve transmission efficiency by providing plural frame patterns, then sending an information word, which has necessary information, by selecting the frame pattern. CONSTITUTION:Normally, information words D1-Dn having frame constitution shown in a figure (a) are sent, but when a frame pattern shown in a figure (b) is selected at a control place, a frame address changes from an FR1 to an FR2, thereby sending information words D11-D20 which has the frame address. If an accident occurs and the information words D1, D8 and D10 are required, a frame address FR3 is added and selected to send a frame pattern shown in a figure (c). In this case, data FFDT1-FFDT21 showing sudden changes in state are added to frame patterns FRDT1-FRDT21 in frame address data as shown in a figure (d). |
