PURPOSE: A circular grooving construction method is provided to improve the brake performance of a vehicle, the degradation of the steering performance of a vehicle running on a road and reducing the generation of noise by a circular grooving formed on the surface of a road. CONSTITUTION: A circular grooving construction method comprises the following steps of: the step of forming a circular groove by boring circle-shaped groovings(10) onto the surface of a road with a fixed distance each other and a constant depth, the step of painting the inner bottom surface of the circular grooves composing a circular groove, the step of placing a ring unit with a color into the inside of the circular groove composing a circular groove, and the step of forming another circular groove composing a circular groove in the inside of the circular groove composing a circular groove.
