PURPOSE: An integrated online freight allocation service system and a freight allocation service method thereof are provided to register an allocation request of a shipper online and perform an automatic allocation management for the car owner using the smart phone information. An allocation management application management unit(112) provides and manages a delivery application program provided to a smart phone of a car owner.
