PURPOSE: A tensioner arm and a chain guide for friction reduction type timing chain are provided to increase the quantity of supplied engine oil by forming porous fine holes on a friction surface by etching. CONSTITUTION: A tensioner arm(50) friction-touches a timing chain(10). Multiple fine holes(51) are formed on the friction surface of the tensional arm and the chain guide. Engine oil(16) penetrates into the fine holes. |
