PURPOSE: A life rope transfer apparatus is provided to reduce the inconvenience of a work and to improve the safety of a work. CONSTITUTION: A life rope transfer apparatus comprises a main body(110) which is formed with an opening unit for passing through a post in the front, rear and bottom, a rotary shaft(120) which is formed adjacent to the opening unit, a rotary wing(130) which is installed to partly close the opening unit, and a life rope hanging unit(140) which is formed so that a life rope can be mounted.
