PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of tea is provided to remove radical ions during the manufacturing process of tea, thereby producing a healthier coffee composition. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of tea comprises the following steps. Add water-soluble calcium salts or iron salts to the powder before extracting or extract after extracting. Separate the generated phosphate or sulfate, and remove them. The powder and the ingredients comprise coffee bean powder, green tea powder, premix tea powder, roasted coffee beans, green tea leaves, and herbal tea. Mix 100 kg of roasted coffee bean powder with 1 kg of calcium citrate. Mix the mixed powder in 1000 kg of 90°C water for 5 minutes, and extract. Filter the extract. Pack the filtered liquor in a 1L bottle and sterilize.
