PURPOSE: A three-dimensional measurement device for dental prosthesis is provided to improve user convenience without the increase of volume. CONSTITUTION: A three-dimensional measurement device for dental prosthesis comprises a main rotation and support unit(120) which is rotationally installed inside the main body and supports a plaster model, a secondary rotation and support unit(140) which supports impression and rotates regardless of the rotation of the main rotation and support unit, and a scanner which is installed inside the main body and obtains the video information of the plaster model or impression.
