PURPOSE:To take out easily and simply work mixed in the medium inside a barrel by installing to a rotary bottom a roary drive unit which can rotate in either positive or reverse direction and by inserting a column-shaped member into the barrel. CONSTITUTION:A rotary bottom 22 of a barrel 23 is integrated with a shaft 24 on the center axis. A pulley 26 is firmly installed at the end of the shaft 24. The pulley 26 is connected to the output shaft of a direct current motor 28 through a pulley 30 and a V belt 32. The barrel 23 is provided with a column- shaped member 34 installed in such a way that it may move vertically. The upper end of the column 34 is connected to the piston rod 38 of a cylinder 36. The midium and work in the barrel 23 are mixed and polished by a relative action of the rotary bottom 22 and the side wall 20. When grinding work is finished, the column member 34 is insetred into the barrel 23 and the rotary bottom 22 is driven by the d.c. motor 28. Then, the work 52 floats over the medium 50 and is collected. |
