PURPOSE:To obtain a product of such a form as to fill a frozen food in a transparent ice shell, by freezing water contained in an ice making container while giving a turning or rising current to the water, forming the ice shell thereon, and filling a raw material for the frozen food in the shell, and freezing the raw material. CONSTITUTION:A deionized water 2 having a specific resistance >=50,000OMEGA.cm is contained in an ice making container 1 (Fig. a), and the container 1 is then dipped in a refrigerant 3. The water 2 in the container 1 is quickly cooled while stirred by a stirrer 4 (Fig. b). A transparent ice shell 5 is formed on the inner wall of the container 1 (Fig. c), and a raw material 6 for a frozen food, e.g. ice cream, bean jam or fruit juice, is filled in the shell 5 (Fig. d). When the freezing of the raw material 6 for the frozen food proceeeds to some extent, an ice stick 7 is inserted therein (Fig. e) to freeze the faw material 6 completely. |
