PURPOSE: A manhole repair method is provided to reduce a work load and working hours by facilitating and accurately performing the leveling to raise a manhole on the same height as the surface of a road pavement. CONSTITUTION: A manhole repair method comprises the following steps: cutting a road pavement surface(R) included in the outer side of a manhole for repairing; forming a certain size of space for the upper surface of a concrete structure(5) to be exposed to the outside by breaking the road pavement surface and removing the manhole; arranging a height adjustment unit connected respectively with the upper/lower control units on the circumferential surface of the upper and lower ends of a center casing(111); arranging a cutoff ring(119) on the outside of the opening(4) formed on the upper side of a concrete structure; raising a manhole frame to have the uniform height with the upper end of a manhole frame(3); and flattening and finishing by filling with a filler in the outer space of the manhole frame and the space between the raised manhole frame and the concrete structure.
