PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a feed manufacturing apparatus is provided to process food waste in a refrigerating state and then to an airtight state. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a feed manufacturing apparatus comprises the following steps: A storage(13) stores food waste(12). A crusher(14) crushes the food waste accommodated in the storage. A compressor(15) compresses the crushed food waste and separates the foreign substances by caking it. A dryer dries the mixture. A near infrared ray lamp provides heat to the mixture. A mixer(27) mixes the mixture. A dust collector collects dust generated during the mixing. A chemical accommodator purifies mixed gas generated during the heating and the mixing. A molder(26) molds the dried food waste to a pellet. The mixture comprises 50 wt% of food waste extract, 5 wt% of distillers dried grain, 5 wt% of soybean curd cake, 5 wt% of peanut hull powder, and 35 wt% of husk powder. The water content of the mixture is 30-40%. The water content of the mixture after drying is 10-20%.
