The door (10) has a planar trained sealing element (16a) provided at a door leaf (12), and partially extended out from the door leaf in a defined virtual plane. A sealing element (16b) is provided at a frame (14) such that the frame cooperates with the former sealing element when the door leaf is in a closed position relative to the frame to form a flow channel (K) for a fluid flow (F) in a region of a gap (S) between the door leaf and the frame. The sealing elements are arranged relative to each other, and are partially overlapped with each other in the closed position. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a door.
