PURPOSE:To make replenishment of new blank sheets of paper possible during feed operation as well as to obviate double feeding, by siphoning each paper out of the lowest part of a paper stand with a suction conveying means, while designing its makeup so as to inject air beween the lowest sheet and a one more upper sheet. CONSTITUTION:The under surface of the end part of the lowest paper 14a of sheets on a paper stand 11 is attracted by a suction device 20 onto a drum 19 via an opening part 17 and sent to a conveying roller 24 being quided by the drum 19. At this time, air is blown into space between the lowest paper sheet and the next upper sheet from an air injection nozzle 23 whereby frictional resistance between both sheets of paper 14a and 14b is reduced. In this way, not only double feeding is obviated but the effect of gravitation can be lessened even when paper replenishment takes during feed operation; thus replenishment under operation can be achieved without any trouble. |
