PURPOSE:To shorten the time of an operating cycle to improve work efficiency by providing one truck with two sliders having hooks so that workpieces are retained in separate tanks by the hooks. CONSTITUTION:Both sliders 16, 17 are lowered to the lowermost position and a truck 11 is travelled until a hook 22 of a fixed arm 18 is located just under an engaging portion 27. Before and after this motion or simultaneously, an arm 19 is moved by a motor 20 through a speed reducer 20 in such a manner that a hook 22 of the arm 19 is located just under an engaging portion 27 of the other carrier bar 30. Then, the sliders 16, 17 are raised, so that the engaging portions 27 are engaged with the hooks 22 to draw up both works W with retaining means 26 above tanks Tk. Subsequently, the truck 11 is travelled to move both works W above two separate tanks Tk, and the sliders 16, 17 are lowered to seat both ends of the carrier bar 30 on saddles, with both works soaked in separate tanks Tk. |
