PURPOSE:To improve performance of equal distribution and normal transportation of the granular powder with regard to a dividing and air-transporting apparatus for granular powder filled in a pressurized tank by allowing the granular powder to be formed in the flowing status by a pressurized fluid frow an aerator disposed above a flow supporting floor, while making a constant value control for the pressure in the pressure tank. CONSTITUTION:A pressure regulator valve 6 is opened to supply pressurized gas to a flow supporting floor 3 of a pressure tank 1 filled with granular powder and an aerator 10 so that the pressure in the pressurized tank is raised up to a required value. Then, the master valve VO1 is opened to supply transporting gas to a transport pipe T1, and a valve VT1 is opened to its full width, whereby granular powder in the tank 1 is smoothly formed in the flowing status by the flow supporting floor 3 and the aerator 10 to be fed out to the pipe T1. Thus, the co-operation of each pressurized fluid from the flow supporting floor 3 and the aerator 10 can smoothly form the granular powder in the flowing shatus so as to prevent a bridge phenomenon, and normally transport and equally divide the granular powder. |
