PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a heat-insulating and waterproofing board including a fiber sheet, a waterproof insulation board which is manufactured thereby, and a heat-insulating and waterproofing construction method by using the same are provided to facilitate construction and to have an excellent durability after being constructed to be heat-insulating and waterproof. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a heat-insulating and waterproofing board comprises steps of: applying an urethane foam(30) to an insulating material(10); compressing the applied insulating material and uniformly impregnating an urethane foam into a fiber sheet; hardening the fiber sheet and the heat-insulating material which are integrated into the urethane foam; and cutting the fiber sheet and the integrated heat-insulating and waterproofing board in a unit size. |
